Why do I need professional media services?

Here’s the simple answer: YOU DON’T HAVE TIME!

To be a top-producing business professional, effective delegation is essential—especially when it comes to specialized tasks. While creating digital media has become more accessible, today’s real estate buyers and sellers expect a higher level of quality than ever before. We’ve seen agents invest thousands in camera gear, hoping to save money, only to discover the results are time-consuming and fall short of professional standards.

As a Realtor®, your core strength is sales. Your time is best spent building relationships, winning new clients, and delivering exceptional service—not managing media production. Focus on what drives revenue, and leave the visuals to experts who make you look your best.

  4. Trying to DIY your listing photos? You might be stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. You’re a salesperson—you should be selling homes and gaining new clients, not learning camera settings.
  5. With experience in the real estate industry since 2006, our founder, Ryan Saul, once held licenses in Texas and Montana, along with GRI, ABR, and GREEN designations. In short—we know real estate from the agent’s perspective.
How do you get the interior photographs so sharp?

First and foremost—our real estate photos are designed to sell homes, not furniture.
Our mission is to capture as much meaningful detail as possible in every image. That doesn’t mean distorted wide angles or blown-out windows. You won’t see fisheye lenses, half-closed blinds, or overexposed distractions in our work.

We focus on showcasing layout, build quality, and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Using the Inside–Outside technique, we take two precision shots: one for a bright, crisp interior, and a second to accurately capture the view outside each window with proper exposure.

In post-production, we hand-edit each image—perfecting white balance, contrast, and exposure—then carefully mask in the window views using Photoshop. This is a refined, highly skilled process developed over years and more than 3,000 real estate shoots.

It takes time, both onsite and in editing—but the results are worth it. Our images are crafted to inform buyers and give them a true sense of the home before ever stepping inside. By the end of the MLS gallery, they should already feel familiar with the property.

Why don’t you shoot ‘HDR’ photos?

HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography simply doesn’t deliver the clarity or control needed for high-quality real estate images. The results are often soft, with poor sharpness and limited white balance control. Interior lights appear with an unnatural orange or yellow tint, rather than a clean, crisp white.

Worse yet, HDR relies on merging 3–5 exposures through automated software, leading to noticeable image degradation.

Let’s be honest—no one wants a hazy, fuzzy, yellow-tinted photo representing their listing.

Why choose the Unlimited Photography Package over the Basic?

The Unlimited package provides you with multiple angles of every room, ensuring you have every detail captured. This helps avoid follow-up questions like, “Is there another shot of the kitchen?” or “Do you have a better view of the backyard?” We believe it’s better to give you too many images than not enough.

The Basic package includes up to 25 photos and is best suited for smaller spaces—such as a 550 sq ft condo, distressed properties, or reshoots focused on a specific room (like a great room with seasonal changes seen out of windows).

Why didn’t you make the bed?

We create digital media—we don’t clean houses.
We’re not bringing a mop, we’re bringing cameras. It’s the listing agent’s responsibility to let the homeowner know what needs to be tidied up before we arrive. A little prep goes a long way (and makes the photos look way better).

Why were there cars in the driveway?

The listing agent is required to inform the client of tasks that need to be done prior to our arrival.

It’s raining. Can we reschedule?

Absolutely—we can reschedule!
As long as it’s at least 3 hours before the shoot, there’s no fee and no hard feelings. Need to cancel due to weather? No problem. We want your listing to shine, and that means waiting for the right conditions when needed.

Do you shoot on cloudy days?

We regularly shoot in overcast conditions and can always replace a gloomy sky with a bright blue sky—or even a stunning sunset—during editing. Real estate moves fast, and we do our best to stay on schedule while still delivering beautiful, polished images.

Can we hire you today? Like, right now?

Yes, you can absolutely call us for a same-day shoot—we’re happy to help when we can!
That said, due to scheduling constraints, availability may be limited to a small time window or later in the day.

If you’ve promised your client their listing will go live on a certain date, please keep in mind that editing takes up to 24 hours to complete.

For example, if we finish shooting at 5:30 PM, your edited images may not be delivered until the same time the following day. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely listing launch.

How do you access my listing?

We access properties using the following methods:

  • Meet the listing agent at the property.
  • Meet the property owner(s) at the property.
  • Hide a key and notify us of its location.
  • Supra Lock Box Code
  • Leave the property unlocked
How far will you drive?

We’re happy to travel! The first 15 minutes to and from the property are included. Beyond that, a travel fee of $50 per hour is applied based on round-trip drive time.

Is there a difference between shooting aerial photos and aerial video?

While it may seem like capturing both is as simple as having the drone in the air, the reality is quite different. Aerial photography and aerial videography require distinct flying techniques, setups, and timing.

When shooting aerial video, we take extra time to perform smooth, technical movements and controlled pans to create cinematic, high-quality footage. It’s a more detailed and time-intensive process than snapping still images.

It’s a common misconception—especially for those new to professional real estate media—that the drone captures photos and video simultaneously. In truth, aerial photos and aerial video are separate services, each requiring its own flight plan and approach.

Do you prefer the property owners to vacate the property?

We do in fact prefer to have as few people onsite during the shoots as possible. Shuffling humans around can make our job a lot more time consuming.

Do you need to tour the property prior to scheduling?

We do not need to tour the property prior to the shoot. Clients are invited to email or text message prior images or videos if needed.

How do we book you?

The easiest way to book our services is to click Book Now », choose services, and schedule online.

If you have questions about our services or want us to prepare an estimate for you then our preferred communication method is text message.
